General Description:
The HVC400 , is MPEG-4 hardware Video compressor of high efficiency, top-quality, stability. Based on a monolithic multi-format video compression technology, it applies multiple algorithms to buffer and compress raw video and audio data into stream, which makes the synchronization between audio and video. The HVC400 supports multiple format compression, such as WMV, DIVX, MPEG-1 and MPEG-2. Because of the hardware compression, it saves the PC system resource as much as possible, quadruple HVC400 cards can be easily and stably run on a normal PC. The NOWSTREAM software with HVC400, supports most of 4 cards. Each channel runs independently different video size as well as bit rate. Its also an ideal choice for the high-definition requirement, for it can reach the DVD video quality at 1.5Mbps low bit-rate. It widely applies in the IPTV, Video Meeting, Long-Distance Education, etc.
